This launch does not include accounts, record uploads, stored symptom forms, provider lead routing, or a patient database.
The navigator
The Start Here navigator runs entirely in the browser. Answers remain in page memory while the page is open. They are not added to the URL, cookies, local storage, session storage, analytics, or a network request by the site’s code.
Basic hosting logs
The hosting provider may process ordinary technical request data such as IP address, user agent, requested path, date, and security events. Those logs are controlled by the selected host and should be configured with an appropriate retention period.
Optional analytics
Analytics is dormant unless a measurement identifier is configured. When activated, it should be limited to page views and broad product events. It must not include navigator answers, free-text health information, exact diagnosis, records, or hidden identifiers intended to reconstruct a patient profile.
Outbound links
External guideline, regulatory, journal, and future provider links are governed by the destination’s privacy practices. The site should label sponsored links and avoid adding sensitive user answers to outbound URLs.
Future intake
A future request-evaluation workflow may become valuable, but it should not be bolted onto ordinary analytics or email forms. Before collecting identifiable health information, the product requires a dedicated privacy, security, retention, consent, vendor, and legal review.
